What are temporomandibular joint disorders?

The temporomandibular joints allow jaw movements such as opening and closing themouth, chewing, and speaking.Temporomandibular Disorders, commonly known as TMD, can manifest themselves withvarious ailments, such as:

→ Difficulty opening or closing your mouth, jaw stiffness.

→ Cracking or skipping when moving the jaw.
